摘要
为适应煤矿车辆朝着重载和智能化方面发展和井下巷道坡陡弯急的特殊条件,具体介绍了井下车辆运行工况,研究了井下车辆的转向及制动安全性、操作可靠性、响应速度。设计了一种稳压装置,并对该装置工作原理进行了分析,利用仿真软件搭建数学模型,对稳压系统的压力变化进行了仿真分析,结果表明:该装置10 s就能将系统压力稳定到18.6 MPa。实际装车测试结果:稳压装置在12.2 s能够使系统压力达到18.9 MPa,满足设计要求。为方便日常检修和故障排查,增设检测功能,维修人员通过操纵装置上的控制手柄,结合压力表的读数就能判断是否正常工作,提高了工作效率,保证了井下防爆车辆的行车安全。
In order to adapt to the development of coal mine vehicles towards heavy load and intelligence and the special conditions of steep and sharp slope of underground roadway,the working conditions of underground vehicles are introduced in detail,the steering and braking safety of underground vehicles was studied,the operational reliability and response speed were improved,a voltage stabilizing device is designed,and the working principle of the device is analyzed.The mathematical model is built by simulation software,and the pressure change of the voltage stabilizing system is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the device can stabilize the system pressure to 18.6 MPa in 10 s.Actual loading test results:the pressure regulator can make the system pressure reach 18.9 MPa in 12.2 s,which meets the design requirements.In order to facilitate daily maintenance and troubleshooting,and add detection function,maintenance personnel can judge whether it works normally or the fault point by the control handle on the operating device and the reading of the pressure gauge,improve work efficiency and ensure the driving safety of underground explosion-proof vehicles.
