摘要
目的分析子宫内膜息肉患者采用宫腔镜电切术治疗的效果。方法选择本院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者58例,采用随机数字表法分为两组。研究组29例采用宫腔镜电切术治疗,对照组29例采用常规刮宫术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为100%,明显高于对照组的79.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为3.45%,明显低于对照组的34.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间分别为(40.10±1.05)ml、(35.20±1.08)min、(4.10±1.20)d,均低于对照组的(62.18±5.20)ml、(47.26±5.20)min、(6.28±1.20)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞计数(WBC)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平分别为(1.22±0.22)ng/ml、(4.43±0.13)×10^(9)/L、(7.65±1.20)mg/L,均低于对照组的(2.55±0.20)ng/ml、(6.58±1.26)×10^(9)/L、(9.46±1.50)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉患者采用宫腔镜电切术治疗的效果突出,可减轻炎性反应,利于患者康复,治疗有效性和安全性均较高,建议临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze the effect of hysteroscopic resection in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 58 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups by random number table method.29 cases in the study group were treated with hysteroscopic resection,29 cases in the control group were treated with conventional curettage.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 79.31% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 3.45%,which was significantly lower than 34.48% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss,operation time and hospital stay of the study group were(40.10±1.05)ml,(35.20±1.08)min and(4.10±1.20)d,respectively,which were lower than(62.18±5.20)ml,(47.26±5.20)min and(6.28±1.20)d of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),white blood cell(WBC),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)of the study group were(1.22±0.22)ng/ml,(4.43±0.13)×10^(9)/L,(7.65±1.20)mg/L,respectively.which were lower than(2.55±0.20)ng/ml,(6.58±1.26)×10^(9)/L,(9.46±1.50)mg/L of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic resection is effective in the treatment of endometrial polyps,which can reduce the inflammatory reaction and facilitate the rehabilitation of patients.The efficacy and safety of treatment are high,and it is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
