摘要
项颗教授基于从神论治理论,从未病先防和已病防变、延缓进展的角度治疗阿尔茨海默病(AD),认为本病的病因病机是神明之体受损,神机失用,在临证时,应以动态的演变规律来全面客观地着手AD的治疗,补中有施,缓中有急。在从神论治的治疗原则下,或治以填精养神,或治以开窍醒神,或治以补肾安神,或治以养心调神,从而延缓AD的疾病进展,提高患者的生活质量。
This paper summarizes Professor Xiang Ke's experience in treating Alzheimer's disease(AD)from the perspectives of preventing a disease in advance,preventing a given disease from changing and then delaying its progression,based on the theory of diff erentiating and treating it from vitality.Professor Xiang Ke believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease lies in the damage of the brain and the malfunction of the mind.Therefore,in clinical practice,the treatment of AD should be carried out comprehensively and objectively in accordance with its dynamic evolution law,combining reinforcing vital qi with treating acute symptoms.Under this treatment principle,it can either be treated by replenishing the essence to nourish the mind,or by opening orifi ces to refresh the mind,or by tonifying the kidney to calm the mind,or by nourishing the heart to regulate the mind,so as to delay the disease progression and improve the life quality of patients.
