摘要
该文主要综述了运用中医学治疗失眠症的基础研究,根据失眠症心理量表,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分等评分的异常,中医学表现出较好的治疗效果;神经行为学方面,失眠动物显示空间活动能力下降,中药能较好地改善失眠动物的空间探索及其自主活动能力的提高提供依据;中枢神经递质方面,对失眠症的5-HT、DA、Glu、GABA的神经递质及腺苷、褪黑色素(MT)、前列腺素D2、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)等内源性催眠物质的异常,中药具有较好的调节作用。运用中药治疗失眠症的研究文献很多,同时证明在治疗失眠症时,运用中药治疗,取得较好的临床疗效。同时,该文也提出了研究中存在的不足和今后值得注重研究的方向。
This paper mainly reviews the basic research on the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of insomnia.According to the abnormal scores of the Insomnia Psychological Scale,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)score,and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA)score,traditional Chinese medicine showed a relatively In terms of neurobehavior,insomnia animals show a decline in spatial activity,and traditional Chinese medicine can better improve the space exploration of insomnia animals and provide a basis for the improvement of autonomous activity;in terms of central neurotransmitters,5-HT,DA,Glu,GABA neurotransmitters and endogenous hypnotic substances such as adenosine,melatonin (MT),prostaglandin D2,tumor necrosis factor (TNF)are abnormal,traditional Chinese medicine has a good regulating effect.There are many studies on the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of insomnia in the literature,and it is proved that in the treatment of insomnia,the use of traditional Chinese medicine can achieve better clinical effects.At the same time,the paper also puts forward the shortcomings of the research and the direction worth paying attention to in the future.
