摘要
针对当前人才培养质量评价中存在的指标数量化、侧重知识传授效果、评价碎片化等问题,提出强化价值导向、强化创新能力评价、强化动态学习能力评价、强化包容性评价等基本遵循,提高人才培养质量,以适应我国经济社会长期发展对人才的要求。
In allusion to the problems existing in the talent training quality evaluation,such as the quantification of indicators,the emphasis on the effect of knowledge teaching and evaluation fragmentation.The basic principles of strengthening value orientation,the evaluation of innovation capability,the evaluation of dynamic learning ability and the inclusive evaluation are put forward,which improve the quality of talent training and meet the requirements of long-term economic and social development for talents.
