摘要
壮药调理补虚方是壮族民间常用验方,具有暖肾祛寒、温脾养肝、缩尿止遗之功,主治肾阳虚、脾肾两虚,下元虚冷之腰膝酸软,尿频遗尿等症。对壮药调理补虚方中各药味的化学成分、药理作用进行总结,并在此基础上,通过质量标志物的“五原则”概念,对总方的Q-marker进行预测分析,提示益智仁多糖、金樱子多糖、肉苁蓉多糖、黄精多糖、桑椹多糖、枸杞多糖、原儿茶酸、白杨素、补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、补骨脂酚、山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷、毛蕊花糖苷、松果菊苷、甘草酸均可作为质量标志物成分,研究为壮药调理膏质量控制及质量溯源体系的建立提供了参考依据。
Zhuang medicine for deficiency conditioning prescriptions is a folk prescription of Zhuang nationality,which is composed of the classical ancient prescription Suoquan Wan,Erxian Dan and Erjing Wan.It has the functions of warming kidney,dispelling cold,warming spleen,nourishing liver,reducing urine and stopping residual urine.It is mainly used for treating kidney Yang deficiency,spleen and kidney deficiency,low yuan deficiency and cold waist and knee weakness,frequent urination and enuresis and other diseases.This paper summarized the chemical components and pharmacological effects of each flavor in Zhuang medicine for deficiency conditioning prescriptions.On this basis,through the concept of five principles of quality markers,suggesting that polysaccharides in Alpinia oxyphylla,Polysaccharides in Rosa laevigata Michx.,polysaccharides in Cistanchedeserticola,polysaccharide in Polygonatum sibiricum,polysaccharides in Morusalba L.,polysaccharides in Lycium barbarum L.,5-propyl-2-thiouracil,Chrysin,Psoralen,Angelicin,Bakuchiol,kaempferol-3-rutinoside,Echinacoside,Verbascoside,Glycyrrhizic acid could be used as quality marker components,To establish the foundation for the quality control and quality traceability system of Zhuang medicine for deficiency conditioning prescriptions.
