摘要
针对双巷掘进巷间宽煤柱大量丢失,提出一种煤柱开采工艺。为了充分使用原有掘进系统,利用双巷掘进中掘快支慢的特点,在锚杆钻车锚护的时间内,连续采煤机退后1个联络巷对保护煤柱沿掘进方向向前截割,形成长硐室,长硐室需另配支护装备,待硐室贯通后,安装临时钢模板并封口,延伸充填管路,进行采后充填,实现巷间保护煤柱煤炭置换。利用此工艺,不仅利用掘进系统对煤柱进行了回收,系统简单,增加少量的成本,而且能够保证采后的煤柱的安全性,实现在采面回收时煤柱的稳定性,为煤炭回收提供安全保证。
Aiming at the massive loss of wide interval pillar on binary tunneling,a mining technique for coal pillars is proposed.In order to make full use of the original excavation system and take advantage of the characteristics of rapid excavation and slow support in binary tunneling,during the bolting time of the jumbolter,the continuous miner retreats a crossheading and cuts the coal pillar forward along the tunneling direction to form a long chamber.The long chamber needs to be equipped with additional support equipment.After the chamber is breakthrough,temporary steel formwork is installed and sealed,the filling pipeline is extended,and post-mining filling is carried out to realize the coal replacement of wide interval pillar.Using this process,not only the coal pillar is recovered by the tunneling system,which is simple and increases a small amount of cost,but also can ensure the safety of the post-mining coal pillar,realize the stability of the coal pillar during mining face recovery,and provide a safety guarantee for coal recovery.
