摘要
为解决大直径采煤机螺旋滚筒质量偏大,影响采煤机正常使用的问题,以MG1100/3030-GWD采煤机用φ4.3 m滚筒为对象进行了大直径螺旋滚筒轻量化研究。确定了滚筒结构形式及主要参数,设计了常规方案滚筒,统计了滚筒各部件的质量占比并分析了其轻量化可行性,设计了满足质量要求的轻量化方案滚筒,建立了滚筒三维实体模型,对其主要零部件进行了有限元分析,制造了φ4.3 m轻量化滚筒并通过了工业性试验。结果表明:大直径滚筒轻量化设计应主要集中在连接盘、筒圈组件、叶片及端盘四部分,通过合理轻量化设计,φ4.3 m螺旋滚筒质量由18.88 t降低至15.86 t,降幅为16%,其结构强度满足设计要求。为大直径采煤机螺旋滚筒的设计制造提供了参考。
In order to solve the problem that the large diameter shearer drum has too large mass,which affects the normal use of shearer,the weight of the large diameter shearer drum was studied by taking theφ4.3 m drum of the MG1100/3030-GWD shearer as the object.The structure and main parameters of drum are determined,and the conventional scheme drum is designed,statistics of the quality of the drum components accounted for and analyzes its feasibility,lightweight design meet the quality requirements of light-weighting drum,the 3D model of the drum is established and its main parts are analyzed by finite element analysis,theφ4.3 m drum was manufactured and passed the industrial test.The results show that the lightweight design of large-diameter drum should mainly focus on four parts:connecting plate,drum assembly,blade and end plate,the weight of theφ4.3 m drum is reduced from18.88 t to 15.86 t by 16%through reasonable light weight design,and its structural strength meets the design requirements.It provides a reference for the design and manufacture of large diameter shearer spiral drum.
