摘要
负温度系数热敏电阻是电阻值随温度升高而降低的热敏电阻传感器,具有稳定性好、响应快、寿命长、成本低等特点。由于热敏电阻互换性较差,因此,在使用前需要进行温度-电阻曲线拟合。本文针对S-H和HOGE-2两种常用拟合方程,讨论了拟合数据采集方法对拟合结果的影响。结果表明,温度均匀分布选点策略可以得到较好的拟合结果。
Negative temperature coefficient thermistor(NTC)is a thermistor sensor which resistance decreases with increasing temperature.NTC has the characteristics of good stability, fast response, long life and low cost.Due to the poor interchangeability of thermistors, temperature-resistance fitting is required before use.In this paper, the influence of fitting data acquisition method on the fitting results is discussed for the two commonly used fitting equations of S-H and HOGE-2,and the results show that the temperature uniform distribution point selection strategy can obtain good fitting results.
