摘要
本文介绍了乙腈中2-甲氧基-5-甲基苯胺溶液标准物质的研制方法,采用气相色谱仪、卡尔·费休水分测定仪、电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对原料进行主成分、水分、无机元素含量测试,结合质量平衡法进行纯度验证,验证结果与原料证书定值一致。通过重量法制备乙腈中2-甲氧基-5-甲基苯胺溶液标准物质,使用方差和线性拟合进行分析,结果表明,配制的标准物质溶液均匀性和稳定性良好。乙腈中2-甲氧基-5-甲基苯胺溶液标准物质的定值结果为1000μg/mL,相对扩展不确定度为2%(k=2)。
The preparation of 2-methoxy-5-methylaniline solution reference material in acetonitrile was introduced.The content of principal component, moisture and inorganic elements of raw materials were tested by gas chromatograph, Karl Fischer moisture tester and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer.The purity of raw materials was verified by mass balance method.The verification results were consistent with the value of raw materials certificate.The standard substance of 2-methoxy-5-methylaniline solution in acetonitrile was prepared by gravimetric method.The results of variance analysis and linear fitting analysis showed that the prepared standard substance had good homogeneity and stability.The determination of the standard substance in 2-methoxy-5-methylaniline solution in acetonitrile was 1000μg/mL,and the relative expansion uncertainty was 2%(k=2).
