摘要
在内外双循环背景下,省会及以上城市机场临空经济区成为热点地区。客运吞吐量过2000万人次后,临空核心功能逐渐加强。尽管“圈层+扇面”是临空区布局的普适性规律,但具体功能选择又与城市特质紧密相关。随着临空经济区功能布局研究日益精细化,端净空区域规划成为其中的新领域。基于长沙临空经济区的规划实践,本文认为临空区端净空区域具备开发价值,但需要高效利用。以航空服务、现代物流、先进制造、专业商贸为主的“4+X”功能是临空区端净空区域布局的一般规律:航站走廊布局为人服务的功能,75 dB以上区域布局先进制造、现代物流等功能,75 dB以下其他区域除住宅外均可布局。
Under the background of internal and external double circulation,the airport economic zone has become a hot spot in the provincial capital and above.When the amount of the airport passengers exceeded 20 million,the core functions of airport economic zone were gradually strengthened.Although the“circle&fan”is the universal law for the layout of the airport economic zone,yet its function selection is closely related to the characteristics of the city.With the increasingly refined research on the functional layout of the airport economic zone,the planning of the airport clearance area has also become a new research field.Based on the planning practice of Changsha Airport Economic Zone,the airport clearance area has development value,but needs to be used more efficiently.It is found that the“4+X”functions based on aviation services,modern logistics,advanced manufacturing,and professional commerce and trade are the general law of the clearance area at the airport area.The terminal corridor serves the function of serving people,the region which is more than 75 decibels is suitable to manufacturing,modern logistics and other functions,and other areas below 75 decibels can be laid out except the residence.
