摘要
针对石家庄地铁1号线噪声较大的问题,分别考虑列车速度、轮轨关系、扣件类型三个维度对噪声的影响,分别对司机室、客室噪声情况开展实测分析。结果表明1号线车厢噪声情况整体达标率不高,车内噪声与列车速度呈正相关关系,采用减震扣件具有较好的降噪效果。为降低噪声对乘客乘车舒适度的影响,提出了定期优化轮轨关系、更换减震扣件、设置临时限速、定期优化车门密封性等降噪措施,为1号线降噪优化提供依据。
In view of the large noise problem of Shijiazhuang Metro Line 1,this paper explores the impact of train speed,wheel-rail relationship and fasteners type on noise,and measures and analyzes the noise in the driver's cab and passenger compartment.The results show that the overall compliance rate of the carriage noise of Line 1 is not high,the noise inside the carriage is positively correlated with the train speed,and the damping fastener has a good noise reduction effect.In order to reduce the impact of noise on the ride comfortability,the paper proposes the noise reduction measures,such as regularly optimizing wheel-rail relationship,replacing shock absorber fastenings,setting temporary speed limit and regularly optimizing door sealing,which provide a basis for noise reduction optimization of Line 1.
