摘要
卓越工程人才的培养是国家培养新型工业化人才的重大举措,是高校教育教学改革的重要方向。本文介绍了以“全国大学生制药工程设计竞赛”为平台,对制药工程专业学生开展“卓越工程师”培养,通过参加竞赛学生的工程设计能力、创新能力和团队协作能力得到了全方位地提升,提高了学生的整体综合素养,实现了制药工程专业卓越人才培养的目标。
Training outstanding engineering is an important measure for training new-type industrial talents in our country,and is also the major direction of teaching reform in higher education.The training of outstanding engineers for students majoring in Pharmaceutical Engineering based on National College Students Pharmaceutical Engineering Design Contest was introduced.By taking part in the competition,students engineering design ability,innovation ability and team cooperation ability were improved,the overall comprehensive quality of the students was improved,and the goal of cultivating outstanding engineers in Pharmaceutical Engineering specialty was realized.
