摘要
随着当代高校人才培养模式的转变,具有创新能力和工程实践能力的应用型人才已成为众多高校的人才培养目标。在基于成果为导向的前提下,实践教学质量在人才培养过程中的地位尤为重要。将微课堂引入到实践教学,不仅能解决目前材料类专业实习单位短缺、实习方式单一、实习效果不佳等问题,还有利于育人目标在实践教学中的达成,对提高实践教学质量和培养跨专业人才意义重大。
With the transformation of talent training mode in contemporary colleges and universities,application-oriented talents with innovative ability and engineering practical ability have become the training target of many colleges and universities.Under the premise of results-oriented,the quality of practical teaching plays a particularly important role in the process of talent cultivation.The introduction of micro-classroom into practical teaching can not only solve the current problems of the shortage of professional practice units in materials,single practice methods and poor practice effects,but also facilitate the achievement of educational goals in practical teaching,which was of great significance to improve the quality of practical teaching and cultivate cross-professional talents.
