摘要
目的 评价电子喉镜下声带息肉摘除术中应用综合护理干预的预后效果,为声带息肉摘除术护理工作提供参考。方法 选择我院2018年8月至2019年8月收治的92例声带息肉疾病患者,患者均采取电子喉镜下声带息肉摘除术治疗。根据手术护理方案进行分组,对照组与观察组各46例。对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组患者则在常规基础上应用综合护理措施。对比两组患者护理前后遵医行为、护理满意度情况,并从声带息肉消失时间、平均住院日、声带充血肥厚减轻时间、频率微扰、振幅微扰、嗓声能量测试等多方面对其疗效进行评价。结果 组间症状体征改善用时,观察组用时明显短于对照组,P <0.05。组间生活习惯、发声练习等遵医行为以及护理满意度比较,观察组均高于对照组,P <0.05。组间治疗后频率微扰、振幅微扰、嗓声能量测试各方面对比,观察组均显著优于对照组,P<0.05。结论 综合护理在电子喉镜下声带息肉摘除术中的应用提高了患者的遵医行为,促进患者症状体征改善,患者满意度高。
Objective To evaluate the prognostic effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in vocal cord polyp removal under electronic laryngoscope,and to provide a reference for the nursing work of vocal cord polyp removal.Methods 92 patients with vocal cord polyp disease admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected,and all patients were treated with vocal cord polyp removal under electronic laryngoscope.According to the surgical nursing plan,46 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,respectively.The control group was given routine nursing measures,while the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing measures on the basis of routine care.The compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after nursing,and the efficacy was evaluated from the time of disappearance of vocal cord polyps,average hospitalization days,time of reduction of vocal cord congestion and hypertrophy,frequency perturbation,amplitude perturbation,voice energy test and other aspects.Results The time for improving the symptoms and signs between the groups was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group,P<0.05.Comparison of patients’ living habits,practice behaviors such as practicing medicine and nursing satisfaction among the groups,the observation group were higher than the control group,P<0.05.The frequency perturbation,amplitude perturbation,and vocal energy test were compared between groups after treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the removal of vocal cord polyps under electronic laryngoscope improves the patient’s compliance behavior,promotes the improvement of the patient’s symptoms and signs,and has high patient satisfaction.
