摘要
目的:为大学生群体设计有助于视力健康的食谱。方法:立足于最新版的《中国居民膳食指南(2022)》,根据大学生的营养需要,设计出科学合理的大学生视力健康一周食谱。采用统计软件SPSS 19.0分别对食谱中所包含的能量和产能营养素与推荐摄入量进行t检验。结果:男大学生一周食谱中所含能量、蛋白质和脂肪含量与推荐摄入量相比无统计学差异(P>0.05),所含碳水化合物含量与推荐摄入量相比有统计学差异(P=0.021),但处于推荐摄入量的100%±10%。女大学生一周食谱中所含能量与产能营养素与推荐摄入量相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。食谱中食物种类丰富,营养素含量充足。结论:该食谱可以满足大学生人群生长发育的营养需求,叶黄素含量充足,有助于大学生视力健康。
Objective:To design recipes that contribute to visual health for the college student population.Method:Based on the latest version of the Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents(2022),a scientific and reasonable one-week recipe for college student’visual health was designed based on their nutritional needs.The statistical software SPSS 19.0 was used to t-test the energy and energy-producing nutrients contained in the recipes against the recommended intakes,respectively.Result:There was no statistical difference(P>0.05)between the energy,protein and fat contents in the one-week recipes and the recommended intake for male college students,and there was a statistical difference(P=0.021)between the carbohydrate contents and the recommended intake,but they were at 100%±10%of the recommended intake.There was no statistical difference in the energy and energy-producing nutrients contained in the recipes of female college students for one week compared to the recommended intake(P>0.05).The recipes were rich in food variety and adequate in nutrients.Conclusion:The recipes can meet the nutritional needs of the college population for growth and development,and the lutein content is sufficient to contribute to the visual health of college students.
