摘要
研究了一种1,1,1,2,3-五氯丙烷的连续制备方法。将1,1,1,3-四氯丙烷和氯气分别连续通人反应器中进行催化反应,在固体氧化物催化剂作用下,得到1,1,1,2,3-五氯丙烷。试验得到的最佳反应条件是:预处理温度为150℃,反应温度为100℃,反应压力为0.1MPa,原料摩尔比为1:1。以氧化钛为催化剂,在以上反应条件下,1,1,1,2,3-五氯丙烷的收率达到89.7%。该反应为气液固三相反应,反应条件温和,工艺简单,此外,该过程还具有“三废”少,1,1,1,3-四氯丙烷转化率较高,产物选择性高,可实现连续化生产等优点,具有广泛的工业化应用前景。
A continuous preparation method of 1,1,1,2,3-pentachloropropane was studied.Chlorine gas and 1,1,1,3-tetrachloropropane were successively introduced into the reactor for catalytic reaction.In the presence of solid oxide catalyst,1,1,1,2,3-pentachloropropane was obtained.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:the pretreatment temperature was 150℃,the reaction temperature was 100℃,the reaction pressure was 0.1 MPa,and the molar ratio of raw materials was 1:1.In the presence of titanium oxide as catalyst,the yield of 1,1,1,2,3-pentachloropropane reached 89.7%under the above reaction conditions.The reaction was a gas-liquid-solid three-phase reaction with mild reaction conditions and the process was simple.In addition,the process also had the advantages of less“three wastes”,higher conversion of 1,1,1,3-tetrachloropropane,high product selectivity,and continuous production.It had a broad industrial application prospect.
