摘要
针对岸桥加高产生的风险管理问题,建立基于熵和模糊灰关联(grey relational analysts,GRA)的岸桥失效模式与影响分析(failure mode and efet analysis,FMEA)模型。以失效模式的发生频度(ocurence,0)、严重度(severity,S)和检测度(detection,D)为风险因子,由相关专家和工程技术人员确定风险因子的模糊决策信息。运用信息熵确定风险因子的客观权重,通过灰关联分析方法计算失效模式的关联度,建立风险等级判别准则,确定岸桥加高失效模式风险等级。以岸桥加高施工过程的FMEA为例验证所建模型的有效性,研究表明:该方法有助于减少主观不确定性对风险等级划分的影响,提高风险顺序数的准确性。
Aiming at the risk management problem of quay crane heightening,a quay crane failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)model based on entropy and grey relational analysis(GRA)is established.Taking the occurrence(O),severity(S)and detection(D)of failure modes as risk factors,relevant experts and engineering technicians determine the fuzzy decision information of the risk factors.Next,information entropy is used to determine the objective weight of risk factors.According to GRA,the correlation degree of failure modes can be calculated.Then,the risk grade of quay crane heightening failure mode is obtained through risk grade discrimination criteria established.Taking the FMEA of the quay crane heightening construction process as an example to verify the effectiveness of the built model,the research shows that this method helps to reduce the impact of subjective uncertainty on risk classification and improve the accuracy of the risk sequence number.
