摘要
介绍了压铸模制造的特点,无研配对模具制造的重要意义,及整体研配的过程及其系统问题。针对不同分型面的特点、功能作用和加工分型面的误差属性,对模具分型面进行了不同层次的分类。对研配工作进行了分解,主要承力面和非主要承力面进行不同程度的控制,通过对分型面加工的余量补偿满足钳工研配的需要,逐渐实现无研配。
This paper introduces the characteristics of die-casting die manufacturing,the importance of non-fitting for die manufacturing,the process of die-casting die fitting and Common Phenomenon of die-casting die fitting,and according to the characteristics,functions and mechanical processing deviation of different parting surfaces,the parting surfaces of the dies were classified at different levels.Die-casting die fitting is subdivided,the main bearing surface and the non-main bearing surface are controlled in different degrees,and by compensating the machining allowance of parting surface to meet the needs of fitting,no lapping is being gradually realized.
