大学生法治素养提升的路径研究——以思想道德与法治课为例

摘要 《思想道德与法治》(2021年版)于2021年秋季开始使用,其中教材中的第六章第四节的教学知识点“怎样自觉尊法、守法、学法、用法”,以思想上要培养社会主义法治思维,行动上要依法行使权利与履行义务,最后提出实现提升法治素养的具体路径:尊法、学法、守法、用法为逻辑主线,落脚于青年大学生法治素养的养成与提升。教师在教学时应在如何讲清什么是社会主义法治思维、如何依法行使权利与履行义务、提升法治素养的路径问题上下功夫,从而切实有效帮助大学生理解法治思维、提升运用法治思维分析问题解决问题的能力,进而提高大学生法治教育的质量。 “Ideology, Morality and the Rule of Law”(2021 edition) will be used in the autumn of 2021. The teaching knowledge point “how to consciously respect the law, abide by the law, study the law and use it” in the fourth chapter of the textbook is to cultivate socialism ideologically. Thinking about the rule of law, in action, it is necessary to exercise rights and perform obligations in accordance with the law, and finally put forward a specific path to improve the literacy of the rule of law: respecting the law, studying the law, abiding by the law, and using the law as the main logic line, and focusing on the cultivation and improvement of the legal literacy of young college students. When teaching, teachers should work hard on how to clarify what is socialist legal thinking, how to exercise rights and fulfill obligations in accordance with the law, and the path to improve legal literacy, so as to effectively help college students understand the rule of law thinking, improve the ability to analyze and solve problems with the rule of law thinking, and then improve the quality of legal education of college students.
