摘要
数字化转型背景下的养老服务体系创新,遵循“需求导向-技术赋能-要素流动”的实践逻辑,以此来打破“信息孤岛”、弥合“银发鸿沟”、实现“协同互动”。数字化转型背景下,养老服务亟需完成碎片化向整体化转变、被动化向主动化转变、粗放化向精准化转变。在此基础上,要提高站位、响应需求,建设养老服务新高地;梳理业务、集成数据,描绘养老服务新场景;多维协同、流程再造,聚焦养老服务新成果;制度引领、保障供给,打造养老服务新生态。加快推进社会适老化改造,构建老年友好型社会。
The innovation of senior care service system in the context of digital transformation follows the practical logic of "demand oriented-technology empowerm-factor flow", so as to break the "information silo", bridge the "silver hair divide" and achieve "synergy and interaction". In the context of digital transformation, it is urgent to complete the transformation from fragmentation to integration, passivity to initiative, and roughness to refinement in elderly care services. On this basis, we should take measures as follows: first, firm our stance, respond to the demand, and build a new highland of elderly services;second, sort out business and integrate data, and depict a new vision of elderly services;third, make concerted efforts to score new achievements of elderly care services through multi-dimensional coordination and process reengineering;fourth, build a new ecology of elderly care services by providing institutional leadership and guaranteeing supply. Measures should be taken to accelerate the transformation for social ageing and build an age-friendly society.
