摘要
水产动物在养殖中极易受环境胁迫的影响发生氧化应激,进而影响其生长和健康。硫辛酸是一种含硫化合物,具有较强的抗氧化性能,可促进水产动物的生长,参与水产动物机体营养代谢调控,提高机体的抗氧化和免疫能力。文章综述硫辛酸作为饲料添加剂在水产养殖中的应用研究进展,为硫辛酸在水产养殖中的应用提供参考。
Aquatic animals are highly susceptible to environmental stress in aquaculture,which can cause oxidative stress and affect the growth and health of aquatic animals.Lipoic acid is a sulfur compound with strong antioxidant properties.Lipoic acid can promote the growth of aquatic animals,participate in regulation of nutrient metabolism,and improve the body’s antioxidant and immune ability.The paper reviews the application of lipoic acid as feed additive in aquaculture,to provide reference for the application of lipoic acid in aquaculture.
