摘要
华邦国际中心是由两栋均为钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构的塔楼组成,A、B塔分别在128.9m和133.7m标高处设置了跨度46m的空中连廊,空中连廊与塔楼之间采用刚性连接。连体主结构为两道采用带端部斜撑的大型钢箱梁,连体南北方向有最大约10m的悬挑,悬挑通过连接于钢箱梁上的钢桁架实现。对整体结构的小震弹性、大震弹塑性、基于性能设计的中大震等效弹性进行了分析;同时对连体结构的受力特点、连体邻跨结构布置对比、舒适度、施工模拟、抗连续倒塌等进行了分析。结果表明:在适当加强措施下,结构能满足预期抗震性能目标要求,各项指标满足规范要求,结构安全可靠并具有足够的舒适度。
Huabang International Center is composed of two towers with reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure. At the elevations of 128.9 m and 133.7 m, A and B towers are provided with an air corridor with a span of 46 m, and the rigid connection between the air corridor and the tower is adopted. The main structure of the conjoined structure is two large steel box girders with diagonal braces at the ends. There is a maximum of 10 m cantilever in the north-south direction of the conjoined structure. The cantilever is realized by the steel truss connected to the steel box girder. The small earthquake elasticity, large earthquake elastic-plastic and medium and large earthquake equivalent elastic based on performance design of the whole structure were analyzed. At the same time, the mechanical characteristics, comparison of the arrangement of adjacent span structure, comfort, construction simulation, anti-continuous collapse of the connected structure were analyzed. The results show that the structure can meet the requirements of antiseismic performance, and all indications meet the specification requirements. The structure is safe and reliable, and has enough comfort.
