摘要 塔楼主体结构高度为184.85m,采用框架-核心筒结构体系,属于超B级高度的超限高层建筑,采用基于性能的抗震设计方法进行设计,抗震性能目标取C级。采用YJK和ETABS软件对结构进行整体分析,同时采用PERORM-3D对结构进行动力弹塑性分析,计算结果表明结构能满足中震和大震下的抗震要求,结构体系设计合理,具有良好的抗震性能,并对薄弱构件制定相应的加强措施能达到预期的抗震性能目标。运用SAP2000软件对角部悬挑楼板区域进行楼板舒适度分析,舒适度满足要求。基于行标高规JGJ 3—2010和广东省高规DBJ/T 15-92—2021进行结构布置及配筋计算,结果表明采用广东省高规设计的结构,在罕遇地震下能满足大震下达到C级抗震性能目标,结构经济可行且是安全的。 A tower adopts a frame-core structure system, with a major structure height of 184.85 m, which belongs to an out-of-code high-rise building with a over B-level height. The structure was designed using a performance-based seismic design approach with a target seismic performance as level C. YJK and ETABS were used to analyze the overall structure, and PERORM-3 D was used to carry out the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis. The calculation results show that the structure can meet the seismic requirements of moderate and rare earthquakes, the structural system design is reasonable, and has good seismic performance. In order to achieve the expected seismic performance target, corresponding strengthening measures were made for the weak members. SAP2000 was used to analyze the comfort level of floor slab in the corner cantilevered floor area, and the comfort meets requirements. Based on the industry standard JGJ 3—2010 and Guangdong Province standard DBJ/T 15-92—2021, the structural layout and reinforcement calculation were carried out, the results show that the structure designed by the Guangdong Province standard DBJ/T 15-92—2021 can meet the seismic performance target of level C under rare earthquakes, and the structure is economical, feasible and safe.
