摘要
多功能饲草揉丝机内流场流动特性是影响物料抛出、加工消耗功率、物料揉丝质量及气动噪声的重要因素。为改善揉丝机内流场流动特性,采用计算流体力学CFD技术与试验相结合,研究多功能饲草揉丝机内气流流动特性。采用灵敏度分析法确定影响内流场流动特性较大的工作与结构参数,作为优化设计变量,以出料口平均气流速度最大为目标函数,采用多岛遗传算法优化多功能饲草揉丝机内气流流动特性。结果表明,出料管处气流速度数值模拟值与实测值最大相对误差为8.1%,说明所建立流场数值模型准确。对多功能饲草揉丝机内流场流动特性影响较大因素依次为转速、进料口宽度、进料口高度及锤片厚度。优化后出料口平均气流速度相对优化前提高7.85%。研究为多功能饲草加工设备内部流动特性分析与优化提供参考,对提高多功能饲草揉丝机工作性能与节能降耗具有重要意义。
The flow characteristics of the flow field in the multifunctional forage kneading machine directly affect whether the material can be smoothly thrown out,the consumed power,the quality of the material and the aerodynamic noise of the machine.To improve the flow characteristics of the flow field in the kneading machine,the method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)technology combined with experimental researches was used to analyze the flow characteristics of the multifunctional forage kneading machine.The working parameters and structural parameters which had a great influence on the flow characteristics of the internal flow field were determined by the sensitivity analysis method and used as the optimization design variables.Taking the maximum average flow velocity of the discharge port as the objective function,the multi-island genetic algorithm was used to optimize the flow characteristics of the multifunctional forage massage machine.The study showed that the maximum relative error between the numerical simulation value and the measured value at the discharge pipe was 8.1%,indicating that the numerical model of flow field established was accurate.The design variables that had a great influence on the flow characteristics of the flow field in the multifunctional forage kneading machine were rotation speed,feed port width,feed port height and hammer thickness.After optimization,the average airflow velocity of discharge port was increased by 7.85%compared with that before optimization.The research method provided a reference for the analysis and optimization of internal flow characteristics of multifunctional forage processing equipment,and the research results were of great significance for improving the working performance of multifunctional forage kneading machine and reducing energy consumption.
