摘要
某TB8钛合金高锁螺栓在装配过程中发生断裂,采用宏观观察、断口分析、金相检验、力学性能测试等方法对其断裂原因进行分析,结果表明:在安装过程中,螺栓与安装孔不同轴,使螺栓受额外弯曲应力,在外加弯曲应力和轴向载荷的共同作用下,螺栓发生过载断裂。为了进一步验证螺栓与安装孔不同轴对螺栓破坏拉力的影响,设计了在螺栓头下放置不同斜度垫片的拉伸试验方案,得出随着斜度的增加,螺栓破坏拉力逐渐降低。
The fracture of a TB8titanium alloy high lock bolt occurred during the assembly process.The fracture causes were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,fracture analysis,metallographic examination and mechanical property test.The results show that during the installation process,the bolt was subjected to additional bending stress due to different axes of the bolt and the installation hole.Under the combined action of external bending stress and axial load,the bolt was overloaded and fractured.In order to further verified the influence of different axes of the bolt and the installation hole on the failure tensile force of the bolt,the tensile test scheme of placing different inclined gaskets under the bolt head was designed.It was concluded that the failure tensile force of the bolt decreased gradually with the increase of the inclination.
