摘要
某浮式生产储卸油船船舶(FPSO)投入使用近20 a,其舱室底板和壁板腐蚀减薄严重。调查发现,该船舶个别压载舱存在L型横段顶板(即油舱底板)锈蚀渗漏、壁板横焊缝锈蚀渗漏、三舱交汇竖焊缝锈蚀渗漏等问题。现场人员针对L型横段顶板,加工了一套带有四根螺栓、一个注胶槽的堵漏工装,实现对薄弱点提供支撑力,防止渗漏问题继续恶化;针对舱室壁板焊缝渗漏问题,制作了一套隔离箱,防止漏液扩散;针对三舱交汇存在渗漏的竖焊缝,制作了一套既可以黏贴,又可以焊接的注胶盒,实现在生产状态即可止漏。以上措施不仅保证了船舶本身的正常生产,而且防止渗漏问题恶化及溢油环保事故的产生。
An FPSO(floating production storage off loading) was being put into use for nearly 20 years, and the corrosion and thinning of its cabin bottom plate and wall plate were serious. An investigation found that some individual ballast tanks of the ship(FPSO) had problems such as corrosion and leakage of the L-shaped transverse section roof(the bottom plate of the oil tank), corrosion and leakage of the transverse welding seam of the wall plate, corrosion and leakage of the vertical welding seam at the intersection of three tanks and so on. For the L-shaped cross section top plate, the on-site personnel processed a set of plugging tooling with four bolts and a glue injection groove to provide support for weak points and prevent the leakage problem from worsening. In view of the leakage problem of the welding seam of the cabin wall, a set of isolation box was made to prevent the leakage of liquid from spreading. In view of the leakage of the vertical weld at the intersection of the three cabins, a set of glue injection boxes that could be pasted and welded were produced to achieve leakage prevention under production conditions. The above measures not only ensured the normal production of the ship itself, but also prevent the deterioration of the leakage problem and the occurrence of oil spill environmental protection accidents.
