摘要
心理危机干预工作是高校心理育人工作格局的重要内容,结合新时代高校心理育人工作的要求,高校心理危机干预在理论研究方面存在预防阶段学生主体性作用研究缺乏、预警阶段信息渠道多样性研究不足、干预后阶段长效机制尚未健全、干预全过程的综合机制尚未整合等不足;在实践工作中则面临学生危机自助能力不强、危机预警能力有限、危机后育人功能欠缺、共享联动机制不完善等困境。综合这些问题,高校可通过构建“大众化”心理危机预防机制、“动态化”心理危机预警机制、“个案化”心理危机跟踪机制和“生态圈”协同育人机制,形成覆盖心理危机各阶段的综合机制体系,有效提升高校心理危机干预工作的实效性,丰富高校心理危机的理论研究。
Psychological crisis intervention is an important part of the pattern of psychological education in universities.In combination with the requirements of psychological education in universities in the new era,there are deficiencies in theoretical research on psychological crisis intervention in universities,such as the lack of research on the role of students’subjectivity in the prevention stage,the lack of research on the diversity of information channels in the early warning stage,the failure to improve the long-term mechanism in the post intervention stage,and the failure to integrate the comprehensive mechanism in the whole process of intervention.In practice,the students face difficulties such as students’weak ability of crisis self-help,limited ability of crisis early warning,lack of post crisis education function and imperfect sharing linkage mechanism.To sum up these problems,universities can form a comprehensive mechanism system covering all stages of psychological crisis by building a“popular”psychological crisis prevention mechanism,a“dynamic”psychological crisis early warning mechanism,a“individualized”psychological crisis tracking mechanism and a“ecosystem”collaborative education mechanism,effectively improving the effectiveness of psychological crisis intervention in universities,and enriching the theoretical research on psychological crisis intervention in universities.
