摘要
为了解决电磁先导阀在实际应用时经常出现的阀芯卡滞、电磁铁功耗严重等问题,首先通过对电磁铁主要结构进行分析设计,确定了电磁铁结构因数、磁感应强度、线圈内外径等参数。其次基于Multisim14.0对本安型液压支架电磁先导阀的电磁铁前置驱动电路进行建模分析,得出该驱动电路电磁铁电压在10.19 V时电磁铁启动电流为169.83 mA,启动电压在125 ms时稳定在2.5 V左右,电磁铁的维持电流为41.67 mA。最后通过电磁铁电气性能测试实验发现误差不超过5 mA,证明了该前置驱动电路能很好地实现对输入电流的调制,减少了功率损耗,可防止线圈高压烧坏,起到了保护作用。
In order to solve the problems of valve core jamming and serious power consumption of electromagnet in the practical application of electromagnet pilot valve,at first,through the analysis and design of the main structure of electromagnet,the structure factor of the electromagnet,magnetic induction intensity,coil inner and outer diameter,etc.were determined.Secondly,based on Multisim14.0,modeling and analysis of the electromagnet pre-drive circuit of the solenoid pilot valve of the intrinsically safe hydraulic support,it was concluded that when the electromagnet voltage of the drive circuit is 10.19 V,the electromagnet starting current is 169.83 mA,and the starting voltage is 125 ms.When the voltage is stable at about 2.5 V,the holding current of the electromagnet is 41.67 mA.Finally,through the electromagnet electrical performance test experiment,the error was found to be no more than 5 mA,which proves that the pre-drive circuit can well realize the modulation of the input current,reduce the power loss,prevent the coil from high-voltage burnout,and play a protective role.
