摘要
煤矿带式运输系统具有运输距离长、环境恶劣的特点,因此普通的温度传感器无法实现带式运输系统长距离、全方位、连续性的带式输送机沿线温度监测。为了解决这个问题,利用光纤自身的优良特性,采用分布式光纤测温技术对带式运输系统运行过程中带式输送机沿线的主要摩擦部位进行实时的温度监测、异常诊断和故障停机,有效地保障了煤矿带式运输系统的安全高效运行和工作人员的人身安全。
Coal mine belt transportation system is characterized by long transportation distance and harsh environment.Therefore,ordinary temperature sensors cannot realize long-distance,all-round and continuous temperature monitoring along the belt conveyor of belt transportation system.In order to solve this problem,used the excellent characteristics of optical fiber itself,the distributed optical fiber temperature measurement technology was used to monitor the temperature,diagnose the abnormality and stop the machine with fault on the main friction parts along the belt conveyor during the operation of the belt transportation system,which effectively guarantees the safe and efficient operation of the belt transportation system and the personal safety of the staff.
