摘要
特发性水肿是一种原因不明的水盐代谢紊乱致使细胞外液在皮下间隙有异常增多的一类综合征,好发于女性,发病主要责之脾、肾、三焦功能失调,但与肝、肺、心也有关,尤其与肝的功能关系密切。此病总属本虚标实,治疗应该根据主病之脏分而治之,此文从脾、肝、肾三脏辨证论治,分脾虚湿蕴、肝郁气滞、肾虚不化3种类型,选用健脾补肾、疏肝理气、化瘀通络等治法选方用药进行中医治疗,临床观察疗效满意,值得推广。
Idiopathic edema is a kind of syndrome which causes abnormal increase of extracellular fluid in subcutaneous space due to the disorder of water and salt metabolism.Idiopathic edema occurs in women.The main pathogenesis is dysfunction of spleen,kidney and triple energizer,but it is also related to liver,lung and heart,especially to liver function.This disease always belongs to the deficiency of origin and excess of superficiality,and the treatment should be based on the internal organs of the main disease.In this paper,the syndrome differentiation and treatment of spleen,liver and kidney are divided into three types: spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation,liver depression and qi stagnation,and kidney deficiency and indigestion.The treatment methods of invigorating spleen and kidney,soothing liver and regulating qi,and removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals are selected for traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The clinical observation shows that the curative effect is satisfactory,and it is worth promoting.
