摘要
目的 探讨扶正固本汤联合身心并重共护连续干预在宫颈癌患者中的应用。方法 本次研究对象均为赣州市肿瘤医院收治的80例宫颈癌患者,以2018年1月—2021年2月为选例期,分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),分组方式采用随机数字表法统一进行。对照组采用常规化疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用扶正固本汤。2组均治疗1个月,并于治疗期间接受身心并重共护连续干预。比较2组治疗前后血清b FGF、SCC-Ag、CA12-5、外周血CD 68、CD 83水平及治疗后抑癌基因、侵袭基因及增殖基因表达量。结果 2组治疗后血清b FGF、SCC-Ag及CA12-5水平较治疗前均降低,且观察组低于对照组;2组治疗后外周血CD 68及CD83水平较治疗前均升高,且观察组高于对照组;治疗后2组抑癌基因FHIT、P 53、P 16表达量均高于对照组,侵袭基因Cat L、Cat D、抑癌基因TK-1、Ki-67、SOX-2、Cyclin D1的表达量较对照组而言有所降低(P<0.05)。结论 扶正固本汤辅以身心并重共护连续干预可对宫颈癌患者机体癌症因子表达起到抑制作用,增强免疫能力,提高抗肿瘤活性,控制病情恶化。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous intervention of Fuzheng Guben decoction combined with body-mind therapy in patients with cervical cancer.Methods 80 cases of cervical cancer patients admitted to Ganzhou Cancer Hospital during January 2018 to February 2021 were selected and divided into the control group( 40 cases) and the observation group( 40 cases) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Guben decoction combined with the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month and received continuous intervention during the treatment.The levels of serum b FGF,SCC-Ag,CA12-5,peripheral blood CD 68,CD 83,and the expression of tumor suppressor genes,invasion genes and proliferation genes after treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Serum b FGF,SCC-Ag and CA12-5 after treatment were lower in the two groups than before,and lower in the observation group than in the control group;the peripheral blood CD 68 and CD 83 after treatment were higher than before in both groups,higher in the observation group than in the control group.The expression levels of tumor suppressor genes FHIT,P53,and P16 were higher in the two groups after treatment,the expression levels of invasion genes Cat L,Cat D,tumor suppressor genes TK-1,Ki-67,Cyclin D1 and SOX-2 were lower than the control group( P< 0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Guben decoction combined with body-mind therapy can inhibit the expression of cancer factors of cervical cancer patients,enhance immunity,improve anti-tumour activity and control the deterioration.
