摘要
炼油厂用溶剂再生塔经常会出现贫胺液系统中胺液有效浓度下降、贫液不合格等一系列的异常现象,本文通过对出现上述情况的原因进行探索,并且对该再生塔的操作进行进一步的优化调整,其中包括置换胺液系统、控制再生压力、再生塔底温度和重沸器温度等等。采用一系列的调整措施后,最终可以确保贫液质量得到提升,同时有效地改变下游干气、液化气等脱硫单元出现质量事故。
A series of abnormal phenomena,such as the decrease of effective concentration of amine solution in lean amine system and the disqualification of lean solution,often occur in solvent regeneration tower used in refinery.This paper explores the causes of the above situations and further optimizes the operation of the regeneration tower,including the replacement of amine solution system,the control of regeneration pressure,the bottom temperature of the regeneration tower and the temperature of reboiler.After a series of adjustment measures are taken,the quality of lean solution can be finally improved,and the quality accidents of downstream dry gas,liquefied gas and other desulfurization units can be effectively changed.
