摘要
为进一步推动产业转型升级,解决东莞市电子、五金等产业配套企业小规模工业废水处理设施建设难、成本高、监管难以及个别区域审批管控等问题,东莞市于2009年创造性提出“零散工业废水”的概念,采用“分散贮存、统一收运、集中处理”模式,实现“零散工业废水”的达标排放,为推动全市污染减排、经济快速稳定发展做出贡献。
In order to develop industry and solve the problems of difficult construction,high cost,difficult supervision of small-scale industrial wastewater treatment facilities in electronics,hardware and other industries,Dongguan creatively put forward the concept of"scattered industrial wastewater"in 2009 and adopted the mode of"decentralized storage,unified collection and transportation and centralized treatment"to realize the standard discharge of"scattered industrial wastewater",contributed to the city's pollution reduction and rapid and stable economic development.
