摘要
目的探讨不同孕期、不同年龄的坪山区孕妇蛋白水平的差异,分析其与孕期和年龄的相关性。方法收集1610例健康孕妇作为研究对象,均测定总蛋白、白蛋白,并计算球蛋白和白球比,初步了解坪山地区孕妇蛋白营养水平,并对不同孕期、不同年龄孕妇血蛋白水平进行相关性分析。结果孕妇总蛋白、白蛋白、白球比水平均为早孕期>中孕期>晚孕期>产前期>过期妊娠,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同孕期孕妇总蛋白、白蛋白、白球比随着孕期增长呈下降趋势。不同孕期球蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低年龄组孕妇总蛋白64(52,78)g/L、白蛋白36.0(27.0,44.0)g/L、白球比1.32(0.81,2.09)均低于高年龄组的70(55,85)g/L、42.0(31.5,52.0)g/L、1.51(0.83,2.64),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低年龄组与高年龄组孕妇球蛋白比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示:孕期和总蛋白呈负相关(r=-0.593,P<0.05)。年龄和总蛋白呈正相关(r=0.767,P<0.05)。不同孕期、不同年龄孕妇与球蛋白均无相关性(r=0.026、0.023,P>0.05)。结论年龄和总蛋白呈正相关,孕期和总蛋白呈负相关,可作为参考范围制定及临床诊疗的参考。
Objective To discuss the difference of protein levels among pregnant women at different stages of gestation and different ages in Pingshan District,and analyze their correlation with stages of gestation and age.Methods 1610 healthy pregnant women were used as study subjects to determine total protein and albumin,and calculate albumin-globulin ratio to get a preliminary understanding of protein nutrition level of pregnant women in Pingshan District.Correlation analysis was made on blood protein levels in pregnant women at different stages of gestation and different ages.Results The levels of maternal total protein,albumin and albumin-globulin ratio were early pregnancy>middle pregnancy>late pregnancy>prenatal period>prolonged pregnancy,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total protein,albumin and albumin-globulin ratio of pregnant women at different stages of gestation showed a downward trend with the increase of gestation period.There was no statistically significant difference in globulin levels in pregnant women at different stages of gestation(P>0.05).The total protein 64(52,78)g/L,albumin 36.0(27.0,44.0)g/L and albumin-globulin ratio 1.32(0.81,2.09)g/L of pregnant women in the younger age group were lower than 70(55,85)g/L,42.0(31.5,52.0)g/L and 1.51(0.83,2.64)g/L in the older age group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the globulin of pregnant women between the younger age group and the older age group(P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that stages of gestation and total protein were negatively correlated(r=-0.593,P<0.05).Age was positively correlated with total protein(r=0.767,P<0.05).There was no correlation between globulin in pregnant women of different stages of gestation and age(r=0.026,0.023;P>0.05).Conclusion Age and total protein are positively correlated,and stage of gestation and total protein are negatively correlated,which can be used as a reference range setting and clinical diagnosis.
