摘要
近年来,探寻新的动作训练模式已经成为我国探索提高训练水平和促进动作科学化的又一重要战略任务。在动作模式科学化探索的进程中,教练员应该从项目的技能素质特征、战术控制能力素质特征、心理恢复能力素质特征等方面入手进行专项动作模式分析。动作模式训练优化可以被视为在综合训练或集中探求某种运动时的一种本质特征。该文以动作模式的本质特征,教练员对运动模式认识上的误区,训练科学化在实践中的应用,加强交叉学科对竞赛的指导与监控为主要研究点,分析取得最好运动成绩的动作技能本质特征的概论理解,同时提出重新认识该运动项目所对应的运动生物力学、运动生物化学、运动生理学、运动心理学、运动训练学、运动智能学等相关运动科学关系,旨在使运动员在比赛过程中更加合理完成各种动作,为广大教练员提出建议。
In recent years, the search for new action training mode has become another important strategic task for China to explore and improve the training level and promote the scientific movement. In the process of scientific exploration of action mode, coaches should analyze the specific action mode from the aspects of skill quality characteristics, tactical control ability quality characteristics, and psychological recovery ability quality characteristics of the project. The optimization of action mode training can be regarded as an essential feature of comprehensive training or focused exploration of certain sports. Focusing on the essential characteristics of action patterns, coaches’ misunderstanding of sports patterns, the application of scientific training in practice, and the strengthening of interdisciplinary guidance and monitoring of competitions, this paper analyzes the general understanding of the essential characteristics of the action skills that have achieved the best sports performance, and puts forward a new understanding of the sports biomechanics,sports biochemistry, sports physiology, sports psychology, sports training, sports intelligence and other related sports science relations corresponding to the sports event, aiming to enable athletes to complete various actions more reasonably in the course of competition, and put forward suggestions for the majority of coaches.
