摘要
“十四五”时期,不断提升青少年身体素质,促进其身心健康成为社会关注的重要问题。该文采用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等,对互联网新媒体平台开展学校、社区与家庭融合的科学运动指导的时代内涵进行阐释,进而围绕传统的体育教学束缚、互联网新媒体平台指导内容的多样性及家校社间的衔接性分析其实施的梗阻。从创新体育教学的智慧化模式,均衡体育理论与实践布局;加强监管,保障体育运动指导的科学性;实现家校社体育的衔接,保障学生课堂、课下与课后运动的同步3个维度提出相应的建议,旨在为信息化时代更好地利用互联网新媒体平台开展学校、社区与家庭融合的科学运动指导提供些许帮助。
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, it has become an important issue of social concern to continuously improve the physical quality and physical and mental health of teenagers. By using the methods of literature,interview, logical analysis, etc., this paper explains the era connotation of scientific exercise guidance integrating schools, communities and families on the Internet new media platform, and then analyzes the obstacles to its implementation around the traditional PE teaching constraints, the "diversity" of the Internet new media platform’s guidance content and the cohesion between "schools and communities". From innovating the intelligent mode of PE teaching, balance the layout of physical education theory and practice;Strengthening supervision and ensuring the scientific nature of exercise guidance;Realize the connection of "school, community and family" sports, guarantee the synchronization of students’ classroom, after-school and after-school sports, and put forward corresponding suggestions, aiming to provide some help for the information age to better use the Internet new media platform to carry out scientific exercise guidance for the integration of schools, communities and families.
