摘要
采用了氧化锌和邻苯二甲酸酐作为反应前体,通过半固态法和固态法制备出聚丙烯成核剂邻苯二甲酸锌[ZnPht,ZnPht(S)]。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)仪验证了反应产物;利用偏光显微镜(PLM)和X射线衍射(XRD)仪研究了结晶行为及晶体结构。结果表明,加入ZnPht,ZnPht(S)成核剂后聚丙烯(PP)球晶尺寸变小,其中加入质量分数0.2%的ZnPht(S)成核剂PP结晶后的球晶直径为13.68μm,相比纯PP球晶尺寸减少了80.9%,有β晶型生成。拉伸测试表明,相比于纯PP,添加成核剂后PP的拉伸强度、拉伸弹性模量和断裂伸长率均有明显提高,其中加入质量分数0.2%的ZnPht(S)的断裂伸长率提高18.58%,拉伸弹性模量提高29.47%。
ZnPht and ZnPht(S),nucleating agents of polypropylene(PP),were prepared by semi-solid and solid state methods using zinc oxide and phthalic anhydride as reaction precursors.The reaction product was verified by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),the crystal behavior and crystal structure were studied by polarized microscope(PLM)and X-ray diffractor(XRD).The results show that the spherulites size becomes smaller and when ZnPht and ZnPht(S)are added into polypropylene.The spherulites diameter is 13.68μm when the mass fraction of ZnPht(S)is 0.2%,which is 80.9%less than pure PP,and there isβcrystal type generation.Tensile tests show that the tensile strength,tensile elastic modulus and fracture elongation of the PP are increased significantly compared with pure PP,with the fracture elongation increases by 18.58%and the elastic modulus increases by 29.47%,when the mass fraction of ZnPht(S)is 0.2%.
