摘要
针对煤矿运输机器人使用的小型轮边减速器驱动能力不足的问题,对影响传动效率的主要因素进行分析,并对各因素产生的功率损失和传动总效率进行计算。分析结果表明,随着电机转速的升高各类损耗逐渐增大,不同转速阶段各种损耗占比动态变化。通过台架试验分析表明了计算方法的可行性,为带有湿式制动的轮边减速器和整机驱动设计提供了参考。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient driving capacity of small wheel-side reducer used in coal mine transportation robot, the main factors affecting transmission efficiency were analyzed, and the power loss and total transmission efficiency caused by each factor were calculated. The analysis results show that with the increase of motor speed, various losses gradually increase, and the proportion of various losses changes dynamically in different speed stages. Through the bench test analysis, the feasibility of the calculation method was shown, which provides a reference for the design of wheel-side reducer with wet brake and whole machine drive.
