液压坑道钻机胶筒式液压卡盘卡瓦安装工具设计

摘要 煤矿井下坑道钻机胶筒式液压卡盘卡瓦在安装过程中需要克服弹簧力收紧后方可压入装有胶筒的卡盘中,为了克服弹簧作用力,传统卡盘卡瓦的安装有机械夹具挤压法、铁丝捆绑法等。研制了一种利用钻机液压动力进行卡盘卡瓦收紧及压入的专用安装工具,结构简单,操作方便,安装效率高,可较大地减轻操作工人的劳动强度。 The rubber barrel hydraulic chuck slips of tunnel drilling rig in underground coal mine needs to overcome the spring force and tighten them before they can be pressed into the rubber barrel chuck. In order to overcome the spring force, the traditional chuck slips were equipped with mechanical fixtures extrusion method and wire binding method, etc. Developed a special installation tool that uses the hydraulic power of the drilling rig to tighten and press the chuck slips, which has a simple structure,convenient operation, high installation efficiency, and can reduce labor intensity by larger operators.
