摘要
目的调查福建省三甲医院手术室护士科研焦虑,分析其与职业倦怠相关性。方法使用横断面调查方法,调查2020年6月福建省4家三级甲等医院手术室护士共256名,使用职业倦怠量表(Maslach burnout inventory general survey,MBI-GS),科研焦虑量表和护士组织创新氛围量表进行问卷调查。分别进行单因素分析及多重线性回归分析探讨手术护士科研焦虑同职业倦怠水平相关性。结果此次问卷回收256份,有效问卷253份,其中17名男性,236名女性。职业倦怠与编制情况、工作年限及每周工作时间存在相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组织创新氛围得分与编制情况及每周工作时间相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),科研焦虑得分仅与编制情况及年龄相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中科研焦虑得分与个人成就感线性负相关(相关系数=-0.51)。多因素分析提示职业倦怠总分与性别、编制情况、职称、每周工作时间、组织创新氛围得分及科研焦虑得分具有相关性,而个人成就感与性别、编制情况、职称、组织创新氛围得分及科研焦虑得分具有相关性。结论手术室护士职业倦怠发生率与科研焦虑具有相关性,而无编制、职称较高、每周工作时间较长及社会支持度低的护士倦怠更为明显,科研焦虑可能通过影响个人成就感导致职业倦怠,对重点人群舒缓科研焦虑可以提高个人成就感,进而改善护理人员职业倦怠程度。
Objective To investigate the scientific research anxiety of nurses in the room of operating of the third-class hospital in Fujian province and analyze the correlation between scientific research anxiety and job burnout.Methods A cross-sectional survey method was used to investigate 256 operating room nurses in 4 third-class hospitals in Fujian Province in June 2020.The Maslach burnout inventory general survey(MBI-GS)was used.The research anxiety scale and organizational innovation climate scale for nurses were used for questionnaire survey.Single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore the correlation between scientific research anxiety and job burnout of surgical nurses.Results A total of 256 questionnaires were collected and 253 valid questionnaires were collected,including 17 males and 236 females.Job burnout was correlated with the establishment situation,working years and weekly working time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Organizational innovation atmosphere score was correlated with the establishment situation and weekly working time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Scientific research anxiety score was only correlated with the establishment situation and age,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There is a linear negative correlation between scientific research anxiety score and personal sense of achievement(correlation coefficient=-0.51).Multivariate analysis showed that the total score of job burnout was correlated with gender,establishment,title,weekly working hours,organizational innovation climate score and scientific research anxiety score,while the personal sense of achievement was correlated with gender,establishment,title,organizational innovation climate score and scientific research anxiety score.Conclusion The incidence of job burnout of nurses in operating room is related to scientific research anxiety,and the burnout of nurses with no establishment,higher professional title,longer working hours per week and low social support is more obvious.Scientific research anxiety may lead to job burnout by affecting personal achievement.Relieving scientific research anxiety to key groups can improve the sense of personal achievement and improve the degree of job burnout of nurses.
