摘要
目的研究补肾生精汤联合西药治疗勃起功能障碍(ED)的疗效及对患者血清性激素、性功能的影响。方法选取山东聊城市人民医院诊治的86例ED患者为研究对象,按照随意数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。其中对照组采用西药他达拉非及来曲唑治疗,观察组另联合补肾生精汤治疗。观察两组疗效,并分析两组治疗前后性功能及性激素[血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E)、催乳素(PRL)]水平,比较两组不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后轻、中、重度ED患者IIEF-5评分均显著高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后轻、中、重度ED患者IIEF-5评分较对照组明显增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后FSH、LH、E2低于治疗前与对照组治疗后,而T高于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾生精汤联合西药可有效调节ED患者血清性激素水平,改善性功能,疗效确切。
Objective To study the effect of Bushen Shengjing Decoction combined with western medicine on erectile dysfunction(ED)and serum sex hormone and sexual function.Methods 86 ED patients diagnosed and treated in Shandong Liaocheng People's Hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tadalafil and letrozole,and the observation group was added with Bushen Shengjing Decoction.The curative effects of the two groups were observed,and the sexual function and sex hormone levels[serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),estradiol(E),prolactin(PRL)]before and after treatment were analyzed,and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).International index of erectile function(IIEF-5)scores in mild,moderate and severe ED patients after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the IIEF-5 score of mild,moderate and severe ED patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).FSH,LH and Ein the observation group after treatment were lower than before and after treatment,while T was higher than before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Bushen Shengjing Decoction combined with western medicine can effectively regulate the level of serum sex hormone in ED patients and improve sexual function,with definite curative effect.
