摘要
针对枪黑色锡镍合金电镀废水处理难的问题,采用磷酸铵镁沉淀法去除其中的铵根离子,并利用亚铁离子和钙离子的协同效应沉淀其中的柠檬酸配位剂和重金属离子。该法操作简单、成本低,出水的总镍满足GB 21900-2008《电镀污染物排放标准》中“表2”的要求,化学需氧量(COD)和总氮满足“表3”的要求。
Aiming at the difficulties existing in treatment of the wastewater discharged from gun black tin–nickel alloy electroplating process,the ammonium ions in the wastewater were precipitated out as magnesium ammonium phosphate,and thereafter the citrate(a kind of complexing agent)and heavy metal ions were precipitated by adding ferrous and calcium ions to the wastewater due to their synergistic effect.This method is simple and cost-efficient.The total nickel content of effluent meets the demand of the Table 2 of GB 21900–2008 Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating,and both chemical oxygen demand(COD)and total nitrogen are compliant with the Table 3 of GB 21900–2008 standard.
