摘要
运用调查法和访谈法,对江苏省C市4所师范院校学前教育专业师范生的教育情怀培育状况进行了调查。结果显示:学前教育专业师范生的教育情怀处于中等以上水平;他们对教育情怀的认知在职业认同、职业热爱、职业责任、职业信念和自我实现等5个维度的得分不均衡;其教育情怀因性别、年龄、年级、学历层次和报考原因有显著差异。总体而言,学前教育专业师范生教育情怀受个体认知、行为动机以及政策保障等因素的影响。为提升学前教育专业师范生的教育情怀培育效果,提出如下措施:改革招生模式,深化职业认知教育;激发内生动力,加强职业能力训练;提供政策保障,注重就业环境创设。
An investigation is taken into the status of cultivating educational feelings of normal college students majoring in preschool education from four normal universities in C City,Jiangsu Province by survey and interview.The results show that the educational feelings of normal college students majoring in preschool education are above the medium level.The scores of their cognition on educational feelings are uneven in five dimensions of professional identity,professional passion,professional responsibility,professional belief and self-realization.There exist significant differences in students’educational feelings due to the gender,age,grade,educational level and reasons for choosing to apply for the preschool education major.In general,the educational feelings of normal college students majoring in preschool education are influenced by factors including individual cognition,behavioral motivation and policy security.In order to improve the effects of cultivating educational feelings of normal college students majoring in preschool education,measure are put forward including reforming the enrollment model,deepening the professional cognition education,stimulating endogenous power,strengthening the professional ability practice,providing policy support,and attaching importance to creating the employment environment.
