摘要
为改善低衍射光束聚焦性能数学建模效果,提出了基于HYPERSIM的低衍射光束聚焦性能数学建模。结合电磁场定律,获取平面与球面波的两种复振幅公式,并利用标量波动方程分析衍射过程;采用HYPERSIM软件实现光束聚焦过程实时仿真;根据光束在光瞳处衍射时聚焦能量密度确定影响聚焦性能的主要因素,从填充因子、非线性调制两方面实现低衍射光束聚焦性能数学建模。实验结果表明:设计方法能够发填充因子越大,系统能量损失越严重,聚焦性能也越差;相位与振幅调制深度的增加会减少聚焦光照强度,进而降低聚焦性能。
In order to improve the mathematical modeling effect of the focusing performance of low diffractive beam, a mathematical model of focusing performance of low diffractive beam based on HYPERSIMis proposed. Combined with the law of electromagnetic fields, two kinds of complex amplitude formulas of plane and spherical wave are obtained. The diffraction process is analyzed by a scalar wave equation. The real-time simulation of the beam focusing process is realized by using Hypersim software. According to the energy density of the beam in the pupil, the main factors affecting the focusing performance are determined. The mathematical model of the focusing performance of the low diffractive beam is realized from the filling factor and the nonlinear modulation. The experimental results show that the larger the filling factor, the more serious the energy loss and the worse the focusing performance of the system. The increase of phase and amplitude modulation depth will reduce the focusing intensity and the focusing performance.
