CBL联合体验式教学在心内科护生岗位胜任力培养中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨CBL联合体验式教学在心内科护生岗位胜任力培养中的应用效果。方法采用方便抽样法,选择广西医科大学第二附属医院2020年3月~2021年3月的实习护生50名为对照组,以2021年4月~2022年4月的实习护生47名为研究组。对照组采用传统常规带教方法,研究组在对照组基础上采用CBL联合体验式教学,比较两组实习结束后的理论成绩、基础技能成绩、专业技能成绩、临床教学满意度及人文关怀能力得分。结果两组实习学生的人文关怀能力均得到提高,与带教前相比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组实习护生出科时的理论成绩、基础技能成绩、专科技能成绩及人文关怀得分比较,研究组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组实习护生的教学满意度比较,研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL联合体验式教学有利于提高实习护士的岗位胜任能力,具有较好的临床实习教学效果,提高了学生的人文关怀能力和教学满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of CBL combined with experiential teaching in the post competency training of nursing students in the department of cardiology.Methods 50 practical nurses from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from 2020-2021 and 47 from 2021-2022 were selected as subjects by convenient sampling method.They were divided into control group(2020-2021)and study group(2021-2022)according to the order of internship in cardiovascular medicine.The control group adopted the traditional conventional teaching method,and the observation group adopted CBL combined with experiential teaching on the basis of the control group.The theoretical scores,basic skills scores,professional skills scores,clinical teaching satisfaction scores and humanistic care ability scores of the two groups were compared after the cardiology practice.Results After teaching,students'humanistic care ability was improved in both groups,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).After the instruction,the comparison between the two groups,the academic achievement,basic skill achievement,specialized skill achievement humanities care score of the research group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the clinical teaching satisfaction of the research group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CBL combined with experiential teaching is beneficial to improve the post competence of practice nurses,has good clinical practice teaching effect,and improves students'humanistic care ability and teaching satisfaction.
