双绒毛膜双羊膜囊双胎妊娠孕前体质量指数与早产的关系研究

摘要 目的 分析双绒毛膜双羊膜囊双胎妊娠孕前体质量指数(BMI)与早产的关系。方法 选取265例住院分娩的双绒毛膜双羊膜囊双胎新生儿为研究对象,以早产儿为病例组(144例),足月儿为对照组(121例)。比较两组的影响因素。结果 双绒毛膜双羊膜囊双胎新生儿早产率为54.34%。Logistic回归分析显示:调整可能混杂因素后,体重偏瘦、肥胖和超重是发生早产的三个危险因素。年龄≥35岁、身高<160 cm及孕前BMI是早产的危险因素。结论 双绒毛膜双羊膜囊双胎妊娠,年龄≥35岁、身高<160 cm及孕前低体重、超重和肥胖均会使早产的风险增加。 Objective To analyze the relationship between prepregnancy body mass index(BMI) and preterm delivery in twin pregnancies with double chorionic amniotic sac. Methods 265 infants with double chorionic and double amniotic sac in hospital delivery were selected as the study object, with preterm infants as the case group(144 cases) and full-term infants as the control group(121 cases). The influencing factors of the two groups were compared. Results The preterm birth rate of double chorionic and double amniotic sac twins was 54.34%. Logistic regression analysis showed that after adjusting for possible confounding factors, underweight, obesity and overweight were the three risk factors for premature birth. Age ≥35 years, height<160cm and prepregnancy BMI were risk factors for preterm birth. Conclusion The risk of preterm delivery is increased by age ≥35years, height<160 cm, prepregnancy low weight, overweight and obesity.
