堆石混凝土堤防材料综合单价敏感性分析 被引量:1

摘要 堆石混凝土技术以其较大的优越性,在大坝工程中已逐步推广应用。在堤防工程中应用堆石混凝土技术,需要在设计阶段考虑施工仓面的大小,并且普通混凝土堤防与堆石混凝土堤防施工工艺类似,推广应用方便。通过对堆石混凝土材料组成的分析,选取了12项堆石混凝土材料组成因素进行单因素敏感性分析,得出材料组成敏感度排序,可以给以降低堆石混凝土成本为目的的配合比优化提供参考。在具有大卵石的河道中,堆石料来源较方便,堆石混凝土在堤防工程中的应用具有显著的社会经济效益。 Rock-fill concrete technology has been gradually applied in dam construction because of its great advantages.In the application of rock-fill concrete technology in dike engineering,the size of placing area should be considered in the design stage.The construction technology of rock-fill concrete dike is similar to the ordinary concrete dike.Therefore,it can be easily popularized and applied.Through the analysis of rock-fill concrete material composition,12 rock-fill concrete material composition factors were selected for single factor sensitivity analysis,and the material composition sensitivity ranking was obtained,which can provide reference to the optimization of mix ratio to reach the cost reduction of rock-fill concrete.In the river channel abundant in large pebbles,the source material of rock-fill concrete can be easily obtained,therefore,the application of rock-fill concrete in dike engineering has significant social and economic benefits.
