摘要 在我国,每年有近10万t的废旧羊毛处于浪费中,如果直接丢弃,会造成环境污染及资源的浪费。如何合理对废旧羊毛进行回收再利用,是国民经济急需解决的重要难题。废旧羊毛回收利用常用的方法是将其水解成羊毛角蛋白,提高废旧羊毛的附加值。羊毛角蛋白富含丰富的官能团,如大量的氨基和羧基等,具有广阔的应用前景。主要阐述羊毛角蛋白的提取及利用。 In China,nearly 100000 tons of waste wool are wasted every year.If directly discarded,it will cause environmental pollution and waste of resources.How to reasonably recycle the waste wool is an important problem to be solved urgently in the national economy.The common way to recycle waste wool is to hydrolyze it into wool keratin to increase the added value of waste wool.Wool keratin is rich in functional groups,such as a large number of amino and carboxyl groups,which has a broad application prospect.The extraction and utilization of wool keratin were described.
