摘要
危废余热锅炉利用危废焚烧侧吹炉生产过程中排出的高温烟气为加热介质,采用“水冷沉降+多通道辐射冷却室”的结构,以较低的烟气流速,在满足危废处理工艺要求的同时,使烟尘得到有效分离,减少受热面管子的磨损,实现热能回收利用。
The heat-recovery boiler using the high-temperature flue gas discharged in the production process of the hazardous waste incineration side blowing furnace as the heating medium,adopts the structure of“water-cooled sedimentation+multi-channel radiation cooling chamber”to effectively separate the smoke and dust,reduce the wear of the heating surface tubes,and realize the recovery and utilization of heat energy,in order to meet the requirements of the hazardous waste treatment process.
